It is with great pleasure that I offer my congratulations to the Hartley College Webteam on its 5th anniversary and I am very happy in joining you in celebrating the completion of five successful years of splendid work.

In the past several years, your service has been an important source of information for the Hartley Community. You have played a leading role in bringing together all the Hartley College Past Pupils Associations and Hartleyites around the globe.

I am applauding your dedication and achievement on this occassion and look forward to continue our support in all your future endeavours.
