He is the son-in-law of Mr & Mrs. Arumanayagam, former teacher of Hartley College and one of the Vice Presidents of HCPPA Colombo branch.
Mr. Jacob Nimalaharan Balaratnam is survived by wife Mrs. Dena Balaratnam, daughter Caitlyn Balaratnam, mother-in-law Meena Arumanayagam, father-in-law D.R. Arumanayagam and brother-in-law Dinesh Arumanayagam.
