POORANAMPILLAI KANAPATHIPILLAI (Retired Principal of Hartley College, Point-Pedro and St John’s College - Jaffna). Beloved husband of Peace (U.K.), loving father of Shanthi (U.K.), Jeyakumar (Sri Lanka) and Vasanthi (U.K.), father-in-law of Dr A. Arulanantham (U.K.), late Dilo (nee Kulathungam), Dr Karunakaran (U.K.), passed away in London on 22.04.2001. Funeral will take place on Saturday 28th April. No.3, St. John’s Church Road, Folkstone, Kent CT 195 BQ United Kingdom. Phone 01-303242051. Informed by Hartley College Past Pupils’ Association (Colombo Branch).
